Founded by Chris Borovsky in 2022, N-Spect All Home Inspections originally operated under the name Florida Elite Home Services LLC. In 2024, we rebranded to better align with our mission and connect with our clients more effectively.
Chris brings over 16 years of hands-on experience across all major construction fields. From pouring concrete slabs to working with complex commercial electrical systems and installing asphalt shingle roofs, his knowledge is built on real-world expertise. As an InterNACHI-certified inspector, Chris is dedicated to continuous learning and professional development to provide the highest level of service.
We are always striving to improve and expand our expertise. Chris is currently completing the requirements for his Florida Certified Building Contractor license.
